5th Anniversary

So on July 22, Jeff and I celebrated our 5th anniversary!! That is so crazy it has been 5 years. I remember when I first got married and people said they had been married 6 months, that seemed like so long to me. I feel so so so blessed to have Jeff as my husband and I feel like the longer we are married, the more I realize what a good decision it was to choose him to be my husband. He is such a good husband and father and really so perfect for me. He is so patient with me and helps me be a better person. I love our life together and I am so grateful that I get to spend the rest of this life and all the experiences that come with it, together with him. I am so happy that we got married in the temple so that our entire family can be together for eternity:)

Our Testimony

Jeff and I are both members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and we wanted to share how grateful we are for that blessing. We believe the Book of Mormon and the Bible are the word of God and we learn so much as we read from them. We know that families can be together forever, even after death, if we choose to make that covenant with God in his holy temple. We believe that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and was led by God to restore the truth on the earth. He went through so much persecution and dedicated his life so that we could have the Gospel of Christ today. We also believe President Monson to be our prophet today, we believe he communicates with God and leads us to live good lives so we can return to live with our father in heaven once again. The more we pray, read the scriptures, and learn about the gospel, the more we feel the holy spirit in our lives. As we do these things we can see our lives and our marriage being blessed and our happiness increased. We know we have made so many mistakes in each of our lives respectively and we are so amazed that our savior Jesus Christ can help us to be forgiven for those things. We love the joy and happiness that the gospel of christ brings us everyday. Jeff even dedicated two years of his life to sharing that truth because he believes in it so much and wanted to bring other people that happiness. I am so thankful that he made that sacrifice because I can see the blessings that came from it. We are not posting this to try to force our views on anyone, we just wanted to let everyone know how thankful we are for the Lord's blessings and for his guidance in our lives. We have also been so blessed with amazing family and friends to give us support and love along our way. Thank you being there for us and thank you for letting us share our love of Christ and our testimony of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
